At Ruby Café MTL your dog doesn’t wait outside: they come in with you, sit at your table and get a menu of their own. We’re a brunch café inside Doggieville MTL, at 3824 Rue Saint-Patrick by the Lachine Canal, open Friday to Sunday, 10 AM to 3 PM, with free parking on site.

How it works with your dog
As soon as you sit down, we bring water and food bowls for your dog. There are hooks for the leash, and cleaning stations with supplies all around the café. Dogs stay on a leash at all times, and every breed is welcome as long as your dog is sociable and not aggressive.

A real menu for dogs
Seven items made in house, from $4.99 to $8.99: the Pawfle, Turkey Doggets, Woof Loaf, Woof Meat Balls, homemade pup cakes, frozen yogurt with probiotics and an alcohol-free dog beer. Each one lists its ingredients, so you can check what your dog can’t eat.

Dogs are welcome in the dining room all year, and on our spacious pet-friendly terrace when the weather allows. The café is in a 1919 brick building with high ceilings, leather banquettes and lots of light.

Twelve signature plates from $20 to $26, vegan and kids’ plates, specialty coffee and matcha, mimosas and brunch cocktails. No dog? You’re just as welcome: many guests come for the brunch and the atmosphere.

Ruby Café MTL is the sister café of Doggieville MTL. Both are in the same building at 3824 Rue Saint-Patrick, next to the dog hotel, daycare, grooming salon, indoor pool and boutique, a few minutes from Saint-Henri, the Atwater Market, Griffintown, Pointe-Saint-Charles and Verdun.

We recommend reserving, especially on weekends. Walk-ins are welcome when a table is free. Reserve online or call (514) 931-9899.
