A Montréal must-visit for you and your dog

Ruby Café MTL is a dog-friendly brunch café inside Doggieville MTL, by the Lachine Canal. Dogs sit at the table with you and order from their own menu. Here is what to know before you come.

Before you come

Opening hours

Friday to Sunday, 10 AM to 3 PM.

Inside Doggieville MTL, 3824 Rue Saint-Patrick, Montréal, QC H4E 1A4. Free parking on site.

Reservations

Reserve online to be sure of a table. Walk-ins are welcome when a table is free.

Paying

Pay by card. Cards from the US and other countries work, and your bank converts the bill from Canadian dollars.

Language

Our menu is in English and French.

Groups

Groups of 6 or more have a 20% service charge.

Coming from the United States? Here is what your dog needs. Rules can change, so check the official sites before you travel.

Dogs 3 months and older need a valid rabies vaccination certificate signed by a vet.

Your dog must be at least 6 months old, have a microchip and travel with a CDC Dog Import Form receipt.

Ruby Café MTL is by the Lachine Canal. Atwater Market is also on the canal, and Old Montréal is a short drive away.

Need a few hours on your own? Doggieville MTL, in the same building, offers daycare, boarding and grooming.
